[引言]:2006年11月24日——27日,由中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会、中国《雕塑》杂志社联合举办的第12届“中国雕塑论坛”在成都胜利召开。全国轻工业联合会副会长杨立,中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会长、著名雕塑家、国学大师钱绍武,中国艺术教育促进会会长、著名美术教育家李绵璐,中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会副会长潘绍棠,北京市城市雕塑建设管理办公室主任于化云,全国城市雕塑建设指导委员会交流处处长陆京,中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会常务副会长、中国《雕塑》杂志社社长范伟民,以及来自全国各大美术院校和二十几个省市自治区的专家学者出席了开幕式。本届论坛的主题为“雕塑与生态”。会议期间与会专家学者们发表了《雕塑家成都宣言》。论坛擎起了以人为本、以自然为本——天人合一的学术旗帜,从雕塑艺术的自然生态、人文生态、社会生态等几个层面探讨中国雕塑艺术的现状与发展走向。论坛期间还举行了两个重要的专题研讨会:《中国城市雕塑项目设计取费办法(草案)》修订研讨会以及探讨当代公共艺术的运作模式研讨会。在论坛期间还同时推出“和而不同·西南当代雕塑邀请展”。该展览由中国《雕塑》杂志社、《成都商报》主办,由成都齐盛艺术馆承办。来自贵阳、昆明、重庆、成都等市的23位艺术家展出了他们的力作共69件。展览于2006年11月24日开幕,于12月24日结束。
[Introduction]: From November 24 to November 27, 2006, the 12th “China Sculpture Forum” jointly organized by Sculpture Committee of China Arts and Crafts Society and China Sculpture magazine was successfully held in Chengdu. Yang Li, vice chairman of China National Light Industry Federation, president of sculpture professional committee of China Arts and Crafts Institute, famous sculptor and master of Chinese learning Qian Shaowu, president of China Art Education Association, famous art educator Li Mianlu, sculpture specialist of China Arts and Crafts Institute Pan Shaotang, Vice Chairman of the Committee, Director of Beijing Municipal Sculpture Construction Management Office Yu Huiyun, Director of the Exchange Office of National Urban Sculpture Construction Steering Committee Lu Jing, Executive Vice President of Sculpture Professional Committee of China Arts and Crafts Society, China Sculpture Magazine Long Fan Weimin, as well as experts and scholars from major art schools and over 20 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities attended the opening ceremony. The theme of this forum is “Sculpture and Ecology”. During the meeting, experts and scholars who attended the conference published the Chengdu Manifesto of Sculptors. The Forum has taken the people-oriented and nature-based-the banner of unity between nature and man, to explore the status quo and development of Chinese sculpture from several aspects: the natural ecology, humanistic ecology and social ecology. Two important symposiums were also held during the forum: a seminar on “Draft Measures on the Design of Urban Sculpture Projects in China” (draft) and a seminar on exploring the mode of operation of contemporary public art. At the same time during the forum also launched “and different but contemporary Southwest Sculpture Invitational Exhibition.” Sponsored by China Sculpture magazine and Chengdu Business Daily, the exhibition is hosted by Chengdu Qisheng Art Museum. Twenty-three artists from Guiyang, Kunming, Chongqing, Chengdu and other cities exhibited 69 pieces of their masterpiece. The exhibition opened on November 24, 2006 and ended on December 24.
