社会实践是研究生学术科研和人格培育的有机组成部分,是充分利用社会优质教育资源加强研究生创新能力培养,提高研究生培养质量的重要手段,是研究生了解社会、服务社会的有效方式,是增强研究生社会责任感、提高研究生综合素质和社会适应能力,促进研究生成长成才的重要途径之一。吉林大学生命科学学院以校企合作的方式推动研究生社会实践活动的开展,建设研究生学术文化新氛围,培养具有创新能力、创业意识的研究生。意义和必要性校企合作,可以发挥学校和企业的各自优势。互相支持、双向介入、优势互补、资源互用、利益共享,是教育与生产可持续发展的重要途径。同时,校企合作,也是高校服务社会职能内涵的延伸。为实现校企互利共赢,共同培养社会与市场需要的人才,更好地服务于社会,我国高校在校企合作、产学研结合上进行了大量的尝试和实践:清华大学于1995年就成
Social practice is an integral part of academic research and personality cultivation of graduate students. It is an important means to make full use of high quality educational resources of society to enhance the cultivation of innovative ability of postgraduates and improve the quality of graduate education. It is also an effective way for graduate students to understand society and serve the society. Responsibility, improve the overall quality of graduate students and social adaptability, and promote graduate growth and becoming one of the important ways. Jilin University School of Life Sciences promotes the social practice of postgraduates in the way of cooperation between school and enterprise, builds a new atmosphere of academic culture for postgraduates and cultivates postgraduates with innovative ability and entrepreneurial awareness. Significance and Necessity School-enterprise cooperation can exert the respective advantages of schools and enterprises. Mutual support, two-way intervention, complementary advantages, resource sharing, sharing of benefits, education and production is an important way of sustainable development. At the same time, the cooperation between schools and enterprises is also an extension of the connotation of social services provided by colleges and universities. In order to achieve mutual benefit and win-win between school and enterprise, to jointly train the talents needed by the society and the market, to better serve the society, colleges and universities in our country have carried out a great deal of attempts and practices in school-enterprise cooperation and in the combination of production, study and research: Tsinghua University
