灌洗保存液中肢体渗透压的维持被认为是器官保存的必要条件之一。本研究应用大鼠原位肝移植模型采用生化检测、共焦激光扫描显微镜技术研究发现,保存液中加入羟乙基淀粉(HghroxyethylStarchHES)或低分子石旋糖酐Dex40能够有效地防止肝脏低温保存的肝血窦内皮细胞损伤,同时能改善移植后再灌注肝脏的微循环障碍,进而保护移植肝功能、DeX40的作用优于HES。结论:保存液中加入胶体成分,对防止肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤是有益的,可能与其能有效地维持胶体渗透压有关。Dex40可成功地替代HES作为维持胶体渗透压的有效成分。
Maintenance of lavage fluid preservation of limb osmotic pressure is considered one of the necessary conditions for organ preservation. In this study, the rat orthotopic liver transplantation model using biochemical detection, confocal laser scanning microscopy study found that the preservation solution was added hydroxyethyl starch (HghroxyethylStarchHES) or low molecular weight dextran Dex40 can effectively prevent the liver cryogenic preservation Liver sinusoidal endothelial cell injury, while improving the microcirculation of the liver after transplantation and reperfusion injury, thereby protecting graft liver function, DeX40 better than HES. CONCLUSION: The addition of colloidal ingredients to the preservation solution is beneficial for preventing ischemia-reperfusion injury in the liver and may be related to its ability to effectively maintain the colloid osmotic pressure. Dex40 can successfully replace HES as an effective ingredient to maintain colloid osmotic pressure.
