目的通过临床观察分析评价中西医结合治疗伴有眩晕的突发性聋的疗效。方法将56例(60耳),采用完全随机临床研究方法分为2组,对照组给予丁咯地尔,治疗组给予中药+丁咯地尔,观察治疗14天后的疗效.结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医+丁咯地尔联合治疗伴有眩晕的突发性聋能够提高疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness associated with vertigo. Methods Fifty-six patients (60 ears) were divided into 2 groups by randomized clinical trial and the control group received buflomedil.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine buflomedil, and the curative effect was observed after 14 days.Results The curative effect of the treatment group was excellent In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) .Conclusion Chinese medicine buflomedil combined with dizziness sudden sudden deafness can improve the curative effect.
