园本教研是幼儿园管理的重要组成部分,是对幼儿教师专业质量的监控,直接关系到幼儿园的教学质量,关系到幼儿的身心健康发展。园本教研工作能够促进幼儿教师专业的自主成长,从而推动幼儿园的教学质量,推进特色幼儿园的建设工作。幼儿是祖国最稚嫩的花朵,应该受到保护和灌溉。园本教研工作旨在提高园丁的工作质量,能够给幼儿更加专业的教育。
The teaching and research of the garden is an important part of kindergarten management. It is the monitoring of the professional quality of kindergarten teachers. It is directly related to the teaching quality of kindergartens and the development of children’s physical and mental health.
