文章从检察机关量刑建议权的概念入手,分析了我国建立量刑建议制度的必要性和可行性,针对近年来量刑建议试点工作中存在的一些问题,提出了建立与完善我国检察机关量刑建议制度的构想。
Based on the concept of sentencing suggestion power of procuratorial organs, the article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of setting up sentencing suggestion system in our country. In view of some problems existing in pilot work of sentencing suggestion in recent years, this article puts forward some suggestions to establish and improve the sentencing suggestion system in our country Conception.
