开展儿童虐待研究三十年来,定义问题始终未能很好地解决,一方面因为各个国家社会文化背景不同,另一方面缘于儿童虐等行为本身的复杂性。我国未成年人保护法中对虐待有定义,但因操作性较差,影响着法的具体实施。为此,我们对572名城乡居民对于父母打骂孩子行为的判断进行了调查分析,初步探讨了儿童虐待的公众定义,为进一步深入调查研究和完善法规提供参考。
The definition of the problem of child abuse has not been well resolved in the past 30 years because of the different socio-cultural backgrounds in each country and the complexity of the child abuse itself. The definition of ill-treatment in the law on the protection of minors in our country is defined. However, due to poor operability, it affects the specific implementation of the law. To this end, we conducted a survey and analysis of 572 urban and rural residents’ judgments about the behavior of their parents in scolding children, initially discussed the public definition of child abuse, and provided reference for further investigation and study and improvement of laws and regulations.
