低分子肝素钙治疗急性脑栓塞24例疗效观察

我院于2008年2月至2009年2月间收治急性脑栓塞24例应用低分子肝素钙(速避凝)治疗(治疗组),与2006年2月至2008年1月间急性脑栓塞37例应用溶栓治疗(对照组)比较,现将结果报告如下。
