目的评价SF-36量表在新疆公务员的信度和效度。方法应用SF-36对2 695名新疆公务员进行测试。结果SF-36的Cronbachα系数为0.921。SF-36的两个分半量表的Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.776。SF-36量表各条目得分与其所在维度得分的相关性均较大,而与其他维度得分的相关性较小;各维度分与其所在子量表分的相关系数较大,而与其他子量表的相关系数较小。因子分析得到的7个因子与SF-36的理论构想基本一致。结论应用SF-36测量新疆公务员与健康有关的生存质量状况具有较好的信度和效度。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of SF-36 scale in Xinjiang civil servants. Methods A total of 2,695 Xinjiang civil servants were tested with SF-36. Results The Cronbach’s coefficient of SF-36 was 0.921. The Spearman-Brown fractional reliability of the two halves of SF-36 was 0.776. SF-36 scale scores of each item and the dimension of its relevance are larger, and smaller correlation with other dimensions of the score; each dimension points and their sub-scale scores larger correlation coefficient, and other sub-variables The correlation coefficient of the table is smaller. The seven factors obtained by factor analysis are basically the same as those of SF-36. Conclusion The reliability and validity of using SF-36 to measure health-related quality of life in Xinjiang civil servants has good reliability and validity.
