本文介绍天津开发区高压缩性饱和软弱土层中进行排水工程深基坑施工的常见事故,并通过对典型工程事故发生和整治过程的分析,提出治理对策。事故主要发生在管道沟槽开挖时边坡失稳、滑移和沟槽回填前发生漂管等,泵站在深基坑开挖时基坑底部隆起等。实践证明,解决上述事故除,去常用的软基加固技术之外,十分重要的是坚持快速施工的原则,充分利用软土开挖过程中存在的短暂稳定周期。为此,排水工程道已形成一套与之适应的对策。
This article describes the common accidents of deep excavation construction for drainage works in high compressibility saturated soft soil layer in Tianjin Development Zone. Through the analysis of the typical engineering accident occurrence and rectification process, it proposes countermeasures. The accidents mainly occurred during the excavation of pipeline trenches, such as slope instability, slippage, and drifting pipes before the trenches were backfilled. The pump stations were raised at the bottom of the foundation pit when the deep foundation pit was excavated. Practice has proved that, in addition to solving the aforementioned accidents and going beyond the commonly used soft-base reinforcement technology, it is very important to adhere to the principle of rapid construction and to make full use of the short-lived stability cycle existing in the excavation process of soft soil. To this end, the drainage engineering road has formed a set of countermeasures.
