在即将到来的“十二五”规划中,以低耗能、低排放、低污染为主要特征的低碳经济将成为社会普遍倡导和推崇的经济发展模式。2010年,也就是“十一五”的最后一年,房地产经历了前所未有的几番调控。房地产将在“十二五”规划中扮演什么样的角色,会收到怎样的政策待遇都是人们广泛关注的话题。而房地产界也在积极想办法应对“十二五”中可能面临的遭遇。一番抽丝剥茧之后,一条符合“十二五”经济发展模式的绿色地产之路日渐清晰。然而,一个新问题又随之出现:绿色将成为地产的出路,那会不会又成为房价飙升的新跳板?
