唐山市环城水系于2010年4月30日正式通航,贯通了原有的陡河(现称唐河)、青龙河、李各庄河与凤凰湖、东湖,且陡河两岸的排污口已经全部封闭,工业企业排放的污水全部纳入市政排污系统。笔者于2011年5月10—12日在唐山市环城水系上游至下游依次在河北桥、弯道山码头、钢厂桥、胜利桥、青龙河桥、汽车站以及南湖公园出水口处设置采样点。按照相关标准进行水质监测,按照GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中Ⅱ类水质进行评价。监测结果显示,除BOD520、氨氮、硝酸盐氮和总磷超标外,其余指标均达标。仅青龙河桥断面氨氮含量(2.0 mg/L)达到劣Ⅴ类水质,其余采样点氨氮含量均未超标。仅青龙河桥、南湖公园
