上世纪末期,针对江河水患频发、风沙危害加剧、生态环境不断恶化的严峻形势,党中央、国务院做出了实施退耕还林的重大战略决策。工程涉及河北省11个市区市、160多个县、225万退耕农户,落实国家投资67亿元,目前全省已经累计完成退耕还林任务158.47万公顷。退耕还林工程的实施,使工程区在生态、经济、社会等多方面发生了一系列深刻变化。
In the late century, in response to the severe situation of frequent floods in the rivers and rivers and the worsening of wind and sand hazards as well as the deteriorating ecological environment, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council made major strategic decisions to implement the program of returning farmlands to forests. The project involves 11 urban areas and cities in Hebei Province, more than 160 counties and 2.25 million farmer households, and the state has invested 6.7 billion yuan. At present, the province has completed a total of 1.5847 million hectares of tasks of returning farmland to forests. The implementation of the Project of Returning Land for Farming to Forestry has caused a series of profound changes in the ecological, economic and social aspects of the project area.
