运用文献资料法、实验法、测试法、问卷调查法对分段-多元教学模式和传统教学模式在女大学生乒乓球课程的应用进行对照分析,实验教学采用3项运动技术测试指标和3项心理问卷指标进行对比分析研究。结果表明:实验班与对照班在正手攻球次数、移动能力2个指标上存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01),在技术规范指标上无显著性差异;实验班在正手攻球和移动能力方面明显优于对照班;实验班在培养运动乐趣、提升运动兴趣和树立运动思想3个方面较对照班有着更突出的效果。得出分段-多元教学模式与传统教学模式相比,在培养女大学生运动兴趣和体育意识提升方面效果更加显著。建议在高校乒乓球选修课教学中,应针对女大学生的生理和心理特点组织教材教法,将教学分段分层,在教学的各个阶段分别采用相应的教学方法,循序渐进地引导女大学生的学习和锻炼,通过感受运动乐趣,培养运动兴趣,提升其体育意识,实现高校体育课多元化教学目标。
The paper uses the method of literature, experiment, test and questionnaire to analyze the application of segment-multivariate teaching mode and traditional teaching mode to the ping-pong course of female college students. The experimental teaching adopts three sports technical test indexes and three psychological Questionnaire index comparative analysis of research. The results showed that the experimental class and the control group had significant difference (P <0.01) in the number of attacking the ball and the ability to move, there was no significant difference in technical specifications; The ability to move was significantly better than the control class; experimental classes in training sports fun, improve the sports interest and establish the thinking of sports than the control class has a more prominent effect. The result shows that the segmentation-multivariate teaching mode is more significant than the traditional teaching mode in cultivating female college students’ sports interest and sports awareness. It is suggested that in the teaching of table tennis elective courses in colleges and universities, teaching materials should be organized according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of female college students, and the teaching should be divided into different levels. In each stage of teaching, corresponding teaching methods should be adopted to guide the graduation of female college students And exercise, by feeling the fun of sports, cultivate sports interest, enhance their sports awareness, to achieve diversified teaching objectives of physical education in colleges and universities.
