材料与方法 1956年1月至1961年12月,在江西医学院第二附属医院共收治心脏病人共573例,占同时期內科住院总人数8,559例的6.67％。此573例中包括各种类型的心脏病,其中303例曾使用洋地黄或洋地黄类药物治疗。用药的适应症大多数是心力衰竭,少数是由于陣发性心室上性心动过速、心房颤动及二尖瓣独窄瓣膜分离术前的准备。洋地黄制剂种类及使用方法一般有1.洋地黃叶:首量0.2克,以后每隔6小时0.2克,或每日三次或四次,每次0.1克,直到饱和量。維持量每日0.05克到0.1克。2.異烃基洋地黄毒苷:首量0.5毫克,以后每4小时0.25毫克或每6小时0.5毫克,直到飽和量;維持量0.5毫克。3.毒毛施花子苷K或G:每日一次或二次,每
Materials and Methods From January 1956 to December 1961, a total of 573 heart patients were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College, accounting for 6.67% of the total number of hospitalized patients in the same period of 8,559 cases. The 573 cases included various types of heart disease, of which 303 had been treated with digitalis or digitalis.
