为了满足汽车产业低能耗、轻量化、高安全性的发展趋势,高强钢已在当前汽车技术中得到广泛应用。对采用B410LA/JSC590R低合金高强钢制造的皮卡B柱内板上段加强板进行了工艺分析,设计了两种成形方案:方案1,零件的曲面法兰设计在压料面上;方案2,零件的曲面法兰设计在拉延造型的凸模上。通过AutoForm软件对该两种成形工艺方案进行数值模拟分析,成功预测了两种方案的板料成形过程中可能存在的起皱、开裂和成形不足等缺陷,并进行综合比较得到,方案2优于方案1,且模拟结果经过生产验证,生产出的零件质量良好。
In order to meet the development trend of low energy consumption, light weight and high safety in the automobile industry, high strength steel has been widely used in the current automotive technology. Process analysis of the upper stiffener of Pickup B pillar inner panel made of B410LA / JSC590R low alloy high strength steel was carried out. Two kinds of forming schemes were designed: Scheme 1, the surface flange of the part was designed on the material feeding surface; Scheme 2, parts The surface of the flange design drawing model punch. Through the software of AutoForm, the two forming process schemes were numerically simulated and the defects such as wrinkling, cracking and insufficient forming which may exist in the sheet metal forming process of the two schemes were predicted successfully. The results of scheme 2 were better than those of scheme 2 Scenario 1, and the simulation results after production verification, to produce parts of good quality.
