本文阐述了一种泵送(大流动性)混凝土的配合比设计方法。根据混凝土粗骨料体积与砂浆体积的比例关系对混凝土流变特性的影响,以及混凝土流变性能的要求,提出首先确定粗骨料体积,即以粗骨料振实密度为基础,按照体积法计算混凝土配合比。该方法基本能保证混凝土的工作性满足要求,试验量小,混凝土体积准确,不需要进行实测密度校核。
