港口作为水路运输的重要组成部分,为各类货物的集散地,港口大船进出口业务量不断攀升的过程中,如何实时有效地操作和管理装卸作业是当前港口研究的重要课题。本文简要阐述了港口大船进出口业务流程存在的问题,综合探究了港口大船进出口业务的优化流程,并以信息系统设计为基础,提出了港口大船业务的应用系统设计框架。
As an important part of waterway transportation, as an important part of waterway transportation, how to operate and manage loading and unloading operations in real time and effectively is an important issue for port research in the process of import and export volume of all kinds of goods and distribution center. This article briefly expounds the existing problems in the import and export of large-scale seaport business operations, and explores the optimization process of import and export business of large-scale seaports. Based on the design of information system, this paper proposes the application system design framework of large-scale seaport business.
