加热炉是轧钢生产中的重要设备之一,轧钢生产中的加工成本煤气消耗部分占用比例很高,降低工序成本、是企业循环经济的增长点。随着线材作业区品种钢生产的比例增加,相应的产量以及机时产量也随之降低,煤气单耗也相应的随之增加,加工成本也随之增高,如何降低轧钢生产的单吨煤气消耗,有效降低加工工序成本,高效合理利用煤气资源,降低燃气排放量,减少对大气环境的污染,成为轧钢经济发展的重要环节,因此如何进一步实现节能降耗、挖潜增效成为钢铁企业生存的关键。
