涟钢双菱工程监理有限公司成立于1999年,是一家集工程监理、工程咨询、工程检测为一体的技术密集型监理企业。拥有总资产4108万元。现有正式职工76人,在61名工程技术人员中,其中有国家注册监理工程师34人,国家注册造价工程师5人,国家一级建造师9人,外聘各类专业工程技术人员100多名。公司自成立以来,承担了涟钢厂内主要的大中型技改和民建监理项目80多项,全面参与了涟钢“十·五”和“十一·五”项目的工程监
