先天性视盘小凹是一种少见的发育障碍,国外资料统计发生率为1/1.1万,国内报道仅十余例,省内尚未见报道。本病典型的改变是视乳头上有境界清晰的凹陷形成,多位于视盘颞侧,但也可见于中央或其他部位。据文献报道30—40％患者伴有黄斑区浆液性视网膜脱离。作者最近发现一例盘小凹合并黄斑浆液性视网膜脱离,现报告如下。
Congenital disc depression is a rare developmental disorder, the incidence of foreign statistics was 1/11 000, only a dozen cases reported in the country, the province has not been reported. The typical change of this disease is clear vision of the optic disc on the formation of depression, mostly in the temporal disk, but also seen in the central or other parts. It is reported in the literature 30-40% of patients with macular serous retinal detachment. The authors recently found a case of Panxiao associated with macular serous detachment, are as follows.
