新出现的单克隆抗体Y1/82A能与血及骨髓中单核细胞胞浆内存在的抗原结合,作者应用碱磷酶-抗碱磷酶标志Y1/82A的免疫细胞化学技术来确定急性髓细胞白血病中单核细胞的分化及鉴别M4、M5与M1、M2、M3、M8及M7。当20%以上的恶性细胞胞浆中出现阳性着色颗粒时即确定为Y1/82A阳性反应病例。结果:全部11例M4及M5病例均为阳性;18例M1、M2、M3、M6及M7仅2例阳性均为M2,他们血中都无单核细胞绝对值增多;1例在瑞氏染色涂片中形态似单核细胞,非特异脂酶染色阴性但能与抗单核细胞抗体K朗0及EBM11反应;另1
The emerging monoclonal antibody Y1 / 82A binds to the antigen present in the cytoplasm of monocytes in the blood and bone marrow.
