目的:进一步研究龙胆泻肝汤临床治疗带状孢疹的效果。方法:收集了2010年1月-2013年12月我院确诊的9例胎儿室间隔缺损病例临床资料进行详细研究,将上述患者随机分为两组,109例对照组患者接受西医抗病毒治疗,109例研究组患者接受龙胆泻肝汤治疗。结果:研究组治疗有效性(100%)显著高于对照组(89.9%),p<0.05,具有差异统计学意义。研究组患者不良症状几率显著低于对照组,p<0.05,具有差异统计学意义。结论:龙胆泻肝汤临床治疗带状孢疹的效果显著,疗效确切、副作用小,值得进一步研究推广。
Objective: To further study the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in treating banding sporadic. Methods: The clinical data of 9 cases of fetal ventricular septal defect diagnosed in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were collected. The above patients were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred and ninety-nine patients in the control group received Western antiviral therapy, 109 cases of study group received Long Dan Xie Gan treatment. Results: The effectiveness of the study group (100%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (89.9%), p <0.05, with statistically significant difference. The probability of adverse symptoms in study group was significantly lower than that in control group, p <0.05, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Longdan Xiegan decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of band spasm. The curative effect is definite and the side effects are small. It is worth further study and promotion.
