在工作中比较了盛装注射器用铝饭盒与自动启闭式消毒盒(空军后勤部门诊部研制)的灭菌效果。测试时,在盒中放化学指示卡(山东新华医疗器械厂)以反映灭菌效果。测试的容器,分上、中、下3层,每层在4角与中央按梅花状放5个点,每次试验共15个点。灭菌温度为121℃,作用20分钟。铝饭盒测试32次,共30盒次,30张指示卡有12张由浅黄变黑,合格率为40％。自动启闭式消毒盒测试了10次,共150盒次,
