含镍量不同的钢结合金与普通碳钢通过不锈钢焊条或硬质合金焊条进行焊接 ,并对焊接剖面作显微组织结构观察以及界面区域的显微硬度及抗拉强度的测试。研究结果表明焊接件的抗拉强度不仅与钢结合金中镍含量有关 ,也与焊条材料有关。
Steel with different nickel content of gold and ordinary carbon steel through stainless steel welding rod or carbide welding, and the welded section for microstructure observation and the interface area of the micro-hardness and tensile strength of the test. The results show that the tensile strength of the weldment is not only related to the nickel content in the steel, but also to the material of the electrode.
