随着新课改的不断深入实践,小学教学工作有了相应的改革与发展,其中明确要求老师在为学生传授课文知识内容的同时,必须引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,把学生培养成为具有综合素质能力的健康向上的少年。而培养学生的人文素养,仅仅传授基础文化知识和学习技能还不够全面,要适应当前社会对人才发展的需求来设计人才培养目标,因此这就启示教学者要从教学与管理中进行综合性的科学实践,只有这样才能培养全能型的社会需要的人才。根据小学语文的发展,探讨提出了如何通过语文教学与班主任管理来培养学生的策略。

According to the development of Chinese in primary schools, this paper discusses how to train students through Chinese teaching and class teacher management.
