今冬明春农村基层组织建设工作,要认真贯彻党的十五届三中全会、最近召开的中央经济工作会议和即将召开的省委九届二次全委会精神,按照国家的西部大开发战略,紧紧围绕农村改革、发展和稳定的工作大局,以加强乡村两级领导班子建设、提高乡村干部队伍和农村党员队伍素质为重点,下功夫解决好存在的突出问题,力争实现“三年规划”确定的年度整建目标,进而为实现全省农村经济和社会的全面发展提供坚强有力的组织保证。根据中央组织部《关于今冬和明年农村基层组织建设工作安排意见》,结合我省实际,要着重做好以下几方面的工作:1、加大乡镇领导班子建设力度,发挥乡镇党委的龙头作用年初全省乡镇党委换届后,大部分乡镇班子团结进取,工作抓得比较有力,总体是好的。但是,还有
