病例 10岁,女。因右眼下垂就诊,腾喜龙试验和抗乙酰胆硷受体抗体试验均阳性,诊断重症肌无力症(眼肌型)。胸部 CT 示胸腺肿大,5个月后出现心悸,左眼球突出。血 T_3、T_4 呈高值,促甲状腺激素(TSH)为低值。入院时表现多汗,甲状腺1度肿大,轻度左眼睑下垂,眼球突出,双眼球运动障碍。心率90次/分,血压18.7/8.0kPa,体温36.2℃。血 T_3、T_4、FT_4 增高,分别为3.1ng/ml、19.3μg/ml 和6.75ng/dl,TSH 含量减低
Case 10 years old, female. Due to the right eye drooping clinic, Teng-Long test and anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody test were positive, the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis (ocular muscle type).
