目的了解工矿企业从业人员的职业卫生态度,建立工作场所健康促进卫生服务管理模式,评价模式的有效性。方法 2010年月5至2012年12月,组织研究对象参加健康促进项目专项系统教育,通过问卷方式评估和工作场所有毒有害因素检测检验干预前后的效果。结果年龄小、未婚、工龄短、教育水平低和小型企业的从业人员的职业卫生态度应引起相关人员重视;干预组从业人员职业卫生正确认知率、职业健康知识知晓率和工作场所有毒有害因素达标率均较对照组显著提高,从业人员健康体检异常检出率下降。结论 WHP卫生服务管理模式的实施对促进工矿企业从业人员的自我防护意识,减少职业危害的发生具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To understand the occupational health attitude of practitioners in industrial and mining enterprises and to establish a health care promotion and management model in the workplace to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. Methods From March 2010 to December 2012, the subjects were selected to participate in the special system education of health promotion project. The questionnaire assessment and the detection of toxic and harmful factors in the workplace were used to test the effect of intervention before and after intervention. Results The occupational health attitude of employees who were young, unmarried, short-term working age, low educational level and small-scale enterprises should be taken seriously by relevant personnel. The correct cognition rate of occupational health, awareness of occupational health and occupational health knowledge in intervention group and workplace toxic and hazardous factors The compliance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the detection rate of abnormal health examination of practitioners decreased. Conclusion The implementation of the WHP health service management model is of great significance to promoting self-protection awareness of practitioners in industrial and mining enterprises and reducing occupational hazards.
