作为数据挖掘中的一项新技术,支持向量回归机(SVR)正被运用到各种各样的实际问题当中,发挥了其它方法所不具有的优越性。本文通过运用支持向量机的方法,对房地产行业上市公司的竞争力进行了实证研究,采用十折交叉验证法对样本进行训练、验证,得到上市公司的竞争力状况及其变化趋势。
As a new technology in data mining, Support Vector Regression (SVR) is being applied to a variety of practical problems, and has exerted the advantages that other methods do not have. In this paper, by using the method of support vector machine, this paper conducts an empirical research on the competitiveness of listed companies in the real estate industry. The ten-fold cross-validation method is used to train and verify the samples, and the competitiveness of listed companies and their changing trend are obtained.
