对于商务日语专业,外企需要的是毕业生具备复合型人才的特点,不仅要会日语交流,更要了解企业的岗位技能。商务日语专业的学校教学过程存在很多问题和不足,校企联合培养的模式是对传统教学方式的有益创新探索。这种培养模式将进一步解决毕业生与时代脱节,不接企业“地气”的现象,将有效地推动商务日语专业毕业生复合型的培养,促进该专业毕业生有效就业。
