一、难以克服的矛盾作为城乡经济交流主渠道的供销合作社在十年改革中,从恢复“三性”,改善同农民的关系、抓“五突破”扩大企业自主权,到建立服务体系,实行各种形式的经营责任制,已经走过了一段路程。目前供销社在改革中遇到了新的矛盾,导致改革步履艰难。1 、盈利与服务的矛盾。供销社本来是由农民组办,为农民提供生产、生活资料和推销农产品的自我服务的合作经济组织。但由于是按集体经济的模式建立起来的独立经营、自负盈亏,责权利统一的集体所有制商业,所以在经营中必须与其它商业企业一样,讲求经济效益、追求利润最大化,否则
