目的:研究帕金森病患者智能与年龄、性别、病程、脑萎缩、脑功能和脑局部血流量(rCBF)的相关性。方法:76例帕金森病(PD)患者检查头颅CT、脑电地形图(BEAM)和133Xe吸入法测rCBF,长谷川简易智能评价分度表(HDS)测试智能,并设正常对照组。结果:在智能障碍PD患者,HDS值与年龄呈负相关,r=0.71,P<0.01;与大脑平均血流量呈正相关,r=0.67,P<0.01;而与病程和性别无相关性。在智能障碍PD患者双侧额叶、顶叶、中央区rCBF比智能正常PD患者显著降低,P<0.01,而该区BEAM-θ和δ相对功率显著增加,P<0.01。智能异常PD患者存在脑萎缩。结论:帕金森病患者智能障碍与年龄、脑萎缩、脑功能和脑局部血流量密切相关,而与性别,病程无关。
Aims: To investigate the association between intelligence and age, gender, duration of disease, brain atrophy, brain function and cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in Parkinson’s disease patients. Methods: Sixty-six patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) were examined by head CT, BEAM and 133Xe inhalation rCBF, and Hasegawa Intelligent Intelligent Evaluation Scale (HDS) test intelligence, and normal control group. Results: In patients with PD, the HDS value was negatively correlated with age (r = 0.71, P <0.01), positively correlated with mean cerebral blood flow (r = 0.67, P <0.01) No correlation between course of disease and sex. The rCBF in bilateral frontal lobe, parietal lobe and central region of patients with PD was significantly lower than that of patients with normal PD (P <0.01), while the relative power of BEAM-θ and δ were significantly increased (P <0.01). Patients with PD have brain atrophy. Conclusion: The mental retardation in patients with Parkinson’s disease is closely related to age, cerebral atrophy, brain function and cerebral blood flow, but not with gender and course of disease.
