本文中,笔者将当代系统管理理论与Herzberg双因素理论相结合,建立了企业的多目标的结构图,并运用AHP对企业的生产系统进行评价,然后按照评价后的底层方案的权重大小进行优化,最终解决企业管理多目标优化问题。
