In the more than 20 years since the reform and opening up, people basically reached a consensus on the relationship between socialism and the market economy. That is, socialism and market economy are compatible. There is no fundamental contradiction between the two. However, few people theoretically analyze the reason that there is no contradiction between the two. This article tries to see the crux of state-owned enterprise reform and its countermeasures from the relationship between socialism and market economy. We must understand that socialism and the market economy are not
