目的减毒增效升白汤联合化疗对改善恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的临床观察。方法将200例恶性肿瘤化疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组服用减毒增效升白汤,1剂/日,水煎服;对照组服用利血生200mg、鲨肝醇100mg,3次/日,口服。两组疗程均4周。试验采用单盲法。观察两组治疗前后生活质量及症状缓解变化。结果治疗组生活质量总稳定率、症状缓解率明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论减毒增效升白汤可改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量和全身症状,达到减毒增效的作用。
Objective To observe the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor by attenuated and synergistic lightening white soup combined with chemotherapy. Methods 200 cases of malignant tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 100 cases, the treatment group were treated with attenuated XST LW, 1 dose / day, Shuijianbi; control group taking reserpine 200mg, shark liver Alcohol 100mg, 3 times / day, orally. Two courses of treatment are 4 weeks. Test using single-blind method. The quality of life and symptom relief before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total quality of life and the rate of symptom relief in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions The attenuated and synergistic Shengbai decoction can improve the quality of life and systemic symptoms of chemotherapy patients with malignant tumors and achieve the effect of attenuating toxicity and increasing efficiency.
