目的 :分析儿童健康教育中营养知识普及的作用。方法 :择取在我院接受健康体检的且于2014年4月-2015年1月期间入院的儿童76例,对这76例存在营养问题的儿童随机分组,一组仅针对儿童存在的营养问题进行解决方案的指导教育(参照组,共有38例),而另一组则对儿童父母进行儿童健康营养知识的全面普及(研究组,共有38例)。结果 :研究组营养不良患儿的治疗总有效率是92.11%,参照组仅为55.26%,组间比较,研究组的营养知识普及方式更具有优势,p<0.05。结论 :儿童健康教育中,对儿童父母进行营养知识的普及能够改善儿童营养不良或者是失衡的问题,提高营养状况,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the role of nutrition knowledge popularization in children’s health education. Methods: Seventy-six children admitted to our hospital for physical examination from April 2014 to January 2015 were enrolled in this study. The 76 children with nutritional problems were randomly assigned to a group of children with nutritional problems (Reference group, a total of 38 cases), while the other group made full use of children’s health and nutrition knowledge (study group, a total of 38 cases). Results: The total effective rate of treatment children with malnutrition was 92.11% in the study group and only 55.26% in the reference group. The way of popularizing nutritional knowledge in the study group was more advantageous (p <0.05). Conclusion: In children’s health education, the popularization of nutritional knowledge of children’s parents can improve children’s malnutrition or imbalance, and improve the nutritional status, which is worth promoting.
