近日,山西省委书记、省人大常委会主任张宝顺深入吕梁市柳林县进行调研。在柳林县柳林镇青龙村,张宝顺对青龙村实行支书主任、两委成员和民调员三级信访调处工作机制、柳林镇聘请通晓法律的老同志担任信访调解员、柳林县信访大厅为上访群众提供登记、接访、督办、信访复查、信访听证“一站式”服务等做法表示赞赏,并强调柳林的信访工作所取得的经验值得全省推广。近年来,柳林县委、县政府扭住发展第一要务,坚持以“善政”为核心的执政理念,更加关注民生,积极构建县、乡、村、组四级信访网络体系,实行“一把手”负责制,及时有效化解社会矛盾,推动了县域经济和社会各项事业又好又快发展。由此,我们特别编排了这篇报道,将这一经验推广发布,给更多的为政者以启示,让更多的百姓受益。
