在原有的循环流化床动态仿真数学模型的基础上,替换了虚拟换热器概念,建立了循环流化床炉膛分段数学模型.该模型把炉膛分成上下两段,分别考虑炉膛上下段的燃烧和传热情况,在关键参数的主导因素法的基础上,把主导过程分成快慢过程,从而解耦了物质能量计算.计算结果表明:两段模型保持了一段模型多工况精确吻合的特点,并具有正确的动态特性,更加符合循环流化床的实际运行,同时也为建立双裤衩结构的循环流化床动态数学模型提供了基础.
Based on the original mathematical model of dynamic simulation of circulating fluidized bed, the concept of virtual heat exchanger was replaced and the mathematical model of circulating fluidized bed furnace section was established.
