近年来,我国农村基础教育问题涉及了众多复杂的因素,所有这些因素都不同程度地制约了农村教育的发展。其中,师资力量的薄弱是最主要的因素。虽然历经众多乡村教育家殚精竭虑的努力,中囯农村的教育问题一直没有得到根本的解决。农村基础教育师资队伍不稳定,优秀教师流失严重。也正是因为这个原因,导致农村基础质量还处于原地踏步的停滞阶段。目前,我国急需创建师范生培养模式,从根本上解决农村基础教育存在的诸多问题,进而推进农村基础教育水平。
In recent years, the basic education in rural areas in our country involves many complicated factors, all of which have restricted the development of rural education in varying degrees. Among them, the weakness of teachers is the most important factor. Despite numerous hard-working efforts by many rural educators, the problem of education in rural China has not been fundamentally solved. The basic education teachers in rural areas are unstable and the loss of outstanding teachers is serious. It is also precisely for this reason that the basic quality of rural areas is still at a standstill. At present, our country urgently needs to create a training model for normal students and fundamentally solve many problems existing in basic education in rural areas so as to further promote basic education in rural areas.
