用猪的胰岛细胞移植于糖尿病大鼠模型,实验期间监测大鼠的空腹血糖变化。结果提示,异种移植后1周内可使糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平降低(P<0.05);大鼠未因异种移植造成严重的排斥反应死亡。提示猪胰岛细胞与大鼠作移植有一定安全性,在提高猪胰岛细胞的分离培养制作技术和单位体积胰岛细胞的收获量后,这种异种移植可使降血糖的作用时间得到进一步延长。
Porcine islet cells were transplanted into a diabetic rat model and the fasting blood glucose level in the rats was monitored during the experiment. The results suggest that within one week after xenotransplantation, the blood glucose level of diabetic rats can be decreased (P <0.05); no serious rejection reaction in rats died due to xenotransplantation. Tip pig porcine islets and rats for transplantation has some safety in improving porcine islet cell isolation and culture of production techniques and the volume of islet cells per unit volume of harvest, the xenograft can make the role of hypoglycemic time was further extended.
