采用桶栽方式,研究不同pH(5.0、7.0、8.5)营养液对甘蔗组合RB85–5156×云瑞05–407、云瑞06–3501×Tolodo、粤糖94–128×赣蔗75–65、ROC6×云瑞05–733、VMC87–95×云瑞05–171(分别记为A、B、C、D、E)实生苗生长的影响。结果表明:①在pH 7.0处理下,B组合实生苗的根长、根表面积、根体积、茎径最大,在pH 8.5处理下,A、C、D、E组合实生苗的根长、根表面积、根体积最大;②C、D、E组合实生苗的根系活力在pH 5.0时最高,B组合实生苗的根系活力在pH 7.0时最高。整体而言,A、B、C、D、E组合实生苗在营养液pH 7.0和pH 8.5处理下的根系形态和植株生长较好。
Barrel method was used to study the effects of different pH (5.0,7.0,8.5) nutrient solutions on the combination of sugarcane combinations RB85-5156 × Yunrui 05-407, Yunrui 06-3501 × Tolodo, Yuesi 94-128 × Ganzi 75-65, ROC6 × Yunrui 05-733, VMC87-95 × Yunrui 05-171 (respectively recorded as A, B, C, D, E) seedling growth. The results showed that: (1) Under pH 7.0 treatment, the root length, root surface area, root volume and stem diameter of the B combination seedlings were the largest. Under the pH 8.5 treatment, the root length, root surface area , And the root volume was the largest. (2) The root activity of combination seedlings of C, D and E was the highest at pH 5.0. The root vigor of B combination seedlings was the highest at pH 7.0. Overall, the root morphology and plant growth of combination A, B, C, D, E seedlings under nutrient solution pH 7.0 and pH 8.5 were better.
