教师质量的提升关键在于教师的专业化。教师专业化的途径有教师资格证书制度的建立、教学专业标准的建立以及教师的在职培训等。澳大利亚多年来在这些方面已经有了不少的举措,为教师专业化创造了良好的平台。该文通过研究澳大利亚TAFE学院教师在专业化过程中的举措以期对中国的高职院校教师专业化进程有所启示。
The key to the improvement of teacher quality lies in the professionalization of teachers. The way of teacher professionalization is the establishment of teacher qualification certificate system, the establishment of teaching professional standards and the on-the-job training of teachers. Australia has had many initiatives in these areas over the years, creating a good platform for teacher specialization. This article studies the professionalization of TAFE teachers in Australia in order to enlighten teachers’ professionalization in higher vocational colleges in China.
