测定海水样品中的硫酸根,一般采用繁杂的硫酸钡沉淀重量法。虽然有许多仪器分析的方法,但多数方法还只适用于测定实验室中的标准溶液。因而需要一个快速的、干扰和误差均较小的分析方法。作者根据硫酸铅在20%乙醇介质中的不溶性,在海水样品中加入过量的铅标准溶液,待硫酸铅沉淀完全之后,用极谱法测定剩余的铅,然后从加入的铅量减去硫酸盐沉淀后剩余的铅量,即可计算出硫酸根的含量。海水样品不需经过任何特殊处理,样品本身的盐浓度即有助于此扩散控
