目的分析摄入Ai/E10的健康人群在一般情况下NK细胞活性变化(溶解单位,LU),同时评价他们对“症状评估”问卷回答的变化情况。方法通过对平均年龄为43岁的7名女性和5名男性进行90多天的监测,观察分析他们NK细胞活性的变化,及评价他们对“症状评估”问卷的回答。每个研究对象通过胶囊摄入100 mg Ai/E10(tid)。结果在摄入100 mg Ai/E10(tid)90多天后,研究对象NK细胞活性从(30±19)LU上升到(101±119)LU(P=0.001)。研究结束后,受试者“症状”的平均值较基线值显著降低(P=0.019)。受试者实验前一般健康“症状评估”平均值为(121±80)分,而实验后则降为(82±58)分,降低了32%,表明实验受试者使用Ai/E10与症状的降低有显著关联。结论本研究显示,口服Ai/E10能够显著增强NK细胞活性,减低各种症状的发生率,而不需要添加其他的营养成分、药物或改变生活方式。由于NK细胞活性与维持免疫系统的平衡有关,因此Ai/E10可能对人体的健康也有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the change of NK cell activity (LU) in normal population of healthy people taking Ai / E10 and evaluate the changes of their responses to the “Assessment of Symptoms” questionnaire. Methods Seven women and five men with a mean age of 43 years were monitored for more than 90 days. Changes in their NK cell activity were observed and evaluated, and their responses to the Assessment of Symptoms questionnaire were evaluated. Each subject received 100 mg Ai / E10 (tid) via capsule. Results The NK cell activity increased from (30 ± 19) LU to (101 ± 119) LU (P = 0.001) after more than 90 days of intake of 100 mg Ai / E10 (tid). At the end of the study, the mean value of subject “symptom ” was significantly lower than the baseline (P = 0.019). Subjects before the experiment general health “symptom evaluation ” average of (121 + 80) points, and after the experiment dropped to (82 + -58) points, a decrease of 32%, indicating that experimental subjects using Ai / E10 There is a significant correlation with the reduction of symptoms. Conclusions This study shows that orally administered Ai / E10 significantly enhances NK cell activity and reduces the incidence of various symptoms without the addition of other nutrients, medications, or changes in lifestyle. Since NK cell activity is associated with maintaining the balance of the immune system, Ai / E10 may also play an important role in human health.
