一九八六年是“七五”计划的第一年。党中央要求我们以改革创新和开拓前进的精神，积极投入为保证九十年代经济振兴的伟大实践中去。立足本职工作，我们就是要创新、开拓，振兴探矿事业，进一步提高专业水平，搞好科学管理，开发新技术，发挥最大经济效益，更好地为地质找矿和国民经济建设服务。“六五”期间，探矿工程管理工作得到了全面加强，服务领域不断扩大，技术进步取得新成果，地质找矿效果和社会经济效益成绩显著。一九八六年我们要在三个方面创新、开拓。
1986 is the first year of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”. The Central Party Committee demands that we actively invest in the great practice of rejuvenating the economy in the 1990s in the spirit of reform, innovation and pioneering. Based on our own work, we are to innovate, develop and rejuvenate prospecting, further improve professional standards, improve scientific management, develop new technologies, maximize economic benefits, and better serve geological prospecting and national economic construction. During the period of the Sixth Five-Year Plan, the management of prospecting engineering has been fully strengthened, the fields of service expanded continuously, new achievements have been made in technological progress, and the results of geological prospecting and social economic benefits have been remarkably improved. In 1986, we must innovate and develop in three aspects.
