信息战、电子战、心理战已经成为现代化战争的主要作战手段,尤其是在近十年来的几场局部战争中更加得到验证。军事专家常说,美国和北约之所以在海湾战争、科索沃战争、阿富汗战争以及伊拉克战争中取胜,很关键的一条经验就是广泛地使用了信息战、电子战和心理战。在过去的战争中,信息战、电子战、心理战主要用抓俘虏、割电线、“贴标语,造谣言”等方式干扰或欺骗敌军。但随着科技的发展,在现代战争,乃至今后的战争中,信息战、电子战、心理战已经搬到了空中。美国空军就把信息战、电子战、心理战搬到了 EC-130飞机上,使之成为一种最有效的移动的信息战、电子战、心理战工具。
Information warfare, electronic warfare and psychological warfare have become the main tactics of warfare in the modern war and have been even more verified in several partial wars in the past decade. Military experts often said that the crucial experience gained by the United States and NATO in the Gulf War, the Kosovo War, the Afghan war and the Iraq war is the widespread use of information war, electronic warfare and psychological warfare. In the past wars, information warfare, electronic warfare and psychological warfare mainly interfered or deceived the enemy by means of capturing prisoners, cutting wires, “labeling, rumors” and so on. However, with the development of science and technology, information war, electronic warfare and psychological warfare have already been moved to the air in modern warfare and even in future wars. The U.S. Air Force moved information warfare, electronic warfare and psychological warfare to the EC-130 aircraft, making it one of the most effective mobile warfare, electronic warfare and psychological warfare tools.
