新时期党的群众工作呈现复杂化、难度大的趋势,党的群众工作对象、工作环境和工作主体的新变化对党的群众工作提出了新挑战。中国共产党的最大政治优势是密切联系群众,党执政后最大的危险是脱离群众。因此,不断创新党的群众工作,是我们工作的重中之重。本文通过对当前党的群众工作的现状分析,提出创新党的群众工作的机制建设,具有重要的现实意义。
The work of the masses of the party in the new period shows a complicated and difficult trend. The new changes in the party’s work targets, work environment and work subjects have posed new challenges to the party’s mass work. The greatest political advantage of the Chinese Communist Party is its close contact with the masses. The greatest danger the party takes after it takes power is that it is divorced from the masses. Therefore, constant innovation of the party’s mass work is the top priority of our work. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the mass work of the Party, this paper puts forward that it is of great practical significance to establish a mechanism to innovate the mass work of the Party.
