腹泻是全球性疾病,也是发展中国家重要的卫生向题之一。如把当前世界上造成死亡的主要原因按顺序排列,腹泻占第四位。引起腹泻的原因又很多,由寄生虫病引起的腹泻可能不被人们熟知。侵犯结肠的阿米巴肠阿米巴病是由于溶组织内阿米巴侵犯结肠所致。最常见的症状为轻重不等的腹泻、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等。一般可分为三型,即普通型、暴发型和迁延型。普通型起病缓慢,以腹痛、腹泻开始,腹泻时大便略带脓血,痢疾样,有腐败腥臭味,每天大便数次,随量中等,有时仅为单纯性腹泻。暴发型起病急,以恶寒、高热开始,每日腹泻,多至数十次,甚至失
Diarrhea is a global disease and one of the major health problems in developing countries. If the main causes of death in the current world are listed in order, diarrhea is fourth. The causes of diarrhea are many and diarrhea caused by parasitic diseases may not be well known. Invasion of the colon amoebic amoebiasis is due to Entamoeba histolytica invasion of the colon.
