我厂使用分厘卡量具比较多,在修检中曾使用过几种形式的分厘卡示值误差检具都感到使用操作不便当,不理想,稳定性差,检定质量和工作效率低。为此,我们长度室在原有的工作基础上作了改革,试制成功弹子式分厘卡示值误差检具。通过多年来的实践使用证明该检具有以下优越性:(1)稳定性好,容易掌握,操作方便,对零位快,重量轻便,节省量块,提高工效;(2)可以检定25～1000毫米以上的各种分厘卡;检具材料要求:1.用不锈圆钢最理想,省
